Fire Sense Deluxe Patio Heater, Old World Bronze Finish

Product Description

Whether its a romantic outdoor table for two on an otherwise chilly evening or large get-together with plenty of friends and family to warm, this patio heater extends the evening activities year-round. Commercial quality design features 304-grade stainless steel for plenty of durability and years of all-day use. The unit puts out 47,000 BTUs of steady heat. Heating an area 18 feet in diameter and standing nearly 90 inches tall, this stable heater is perfect for setup between two picnic tables. And, should it suffer a hard bump, a tip-over protection system kills the heat for optimal safety and peace of mind though, at 46 pounds thats a pretty hard bump. Attached wheels provide easy mobility when the party transitions from dining to lounging. Equipped with a Piezo igniter for quick starts, the heaters stainless steel burners and heating grid stand up to years of heavy use.

3Old World Bronze Deluxe Patio Heater
By Hammer Man
The heater is nice looking and easy to operate. It doesn't give off the heat I expected. It was rated to heat a 9' radius, but the heat was hardly felt at 5' away.

1poor quality construction & poor performance
By T. James
From the first time we tried this, it did not work very well. After 2 or 3 tries, I can get both the pilot and burner lit. However, the burner never stayed lit more than 5 minutes before turning off, regardless of low heat or high heat setting. I've tried using it about 6-8 times with the same poor result. Although we covered it over the wet winter with a plastic tarp and kept it partially sheltered under an eave of the house, this second year of
operation, the heater has quite a lot of rust. If I was to quibble, the wheels on the base should be a little larger to move the heater around, but that is insignificant relative to all else.

4Great patio/deck heater
By David J - Richmond, VA
After much research and reviews I purchased the FS Delux heater about 6 weeks ago. Assembly was very straight forward and without surprises. Quality of components was very good and fit well during installation. Start up procedure is a bit awkward, as several reviews had indicated. But, rotating dial passed click into the flame range and then 're clicking' works just fine. Heat is very comfortable for our screened outdoor deck. Would definately recommend this product.
