I bought this to be a under a covered deck as I thought it may be more convenient to use than a gas heater as I was trying to avoid having a gas heater under a covered patio. First, it arrived in a box that was a mess with numerous dents. Grant you, the box was a lot heavier than you would expect. Second inside the main box, there were numerous boxes to open to find the parts. The heater, resembled an adult Lego set with numerous parts. It took me more than 4 hours to put together. The instructions were absolutely awful and difficult to follow with poor pictures, missing steps, unclear directions. When I finally figured it out, the telescoping heater could hardly stay up without sliding back down under the slightest of move. The adjustable pressure knobs simply were not strong enough to hold the top post under its weight. It actually hit me on the side of my head and shoulders. Fortunately it was not on. When I finally had to move it down ONE step, the plate where the wheels attached simply bent and were no longer functional (mind you, I had not used it once yet). It comes with an enclosed cover which is too small to be functional. Overall, if I could, I would send this back but it is so heavy and it would be a packaging nightmare...I plan to discard it as soon as I can as I can not risk this telescoping heater falling down and hitting someone on the head who may be standing underneath trying to get warm.
